Working with Sean & Stephen Architects Flamingo & Oak undertook the interior design and project management of this arts cafe/ wine bar from its inception as a concrete box through to successful delivery.  Design influence was taken from the adjacent Walthamstow Wetlands whilst also linking to the cafe's sister restaurant The Black Horse.
